Welcome to our Support section. We provide interactive LIVE support via our FREE web-based conference system, as well as by email and via our growing knowledge base.

Our
ProPartners also have access to our forums and LIVE conference room (VoIP) to discuss issues, exchange ideas and resources and generally help each other to make the most of this concept.

Is telephone support available?

No... and yes!

We don't believe in adding to the cost of participation for our
ProPartners. So, while you can't telephone us for support, you can use our web-based Conference Call System — which is clearer than telephone, allows web cam use, and supports web page viewing, interactive text chat and a controlled environment.

Better still, it's FREE! It costs you nothing but your normal Internet access costs. Here's what the interface looks like:

System requirements to use the Conference Call System are shown in the next column. You also need a sound card, speakers and microphone — a headset is even better.
